4 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1 small jar pimentos
4 eggs
2 tsp. chopped onion
2 small cans chopped jalapeņo peppers
Directions:
Directions:
Spray 8 inch square pan with non-stick cooking spray. Blend all ingredients together and pour into pan. Bake in preheated 350 degrees oven for 30-40 minutes. Cool slightly and cut into one inch squares for serving.
