1 c. white rice

1 c. brown rice

1 sm. onion

mushrooms if possible

3 chopped celery

1/2 tube sausage or turkey

herbs like sage, thyme or rosemary or combination

1 c. cream or milk

1. If possible home made broth instead of water to make rice with

2. Wild rice needs more time to sate and make rice with double amount of water

3. Sate sausage, onion, celery, herbs, salt and pepper

4. All mixed together, add cream or milk

5. 375 F cooked in oven 30 minutes then top it and continue at least 10 min. afterwards
