1/2 t. cloves
1/3 cup vinegar
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 tsp curry
3/4 cup water
2 T soya sauce
1 T corn starch
1 garlic clove
Directions:
Directions:
Boil ribs and onion, covered with water, for 50 min.

Remove to oven pan, baste with sauce and reheat, basting with more sauce.
Serve with rice.

This recipe came from my Mother, and has been a favorite of ours through the years, though I renamed it for Jay quite some years ago.
