3 cups all purpose flour
1 tsp baking soda
3/4 tsp salt
1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter, room temperature
1 cup light brown sugar
3/4 cups sugar
2 large eggs, room temperature
1 Tbsp vanilla extract
6 oz bag dried cranberries
1 1/2 cups white chocolate chips
1 cup coarsely chopped macedamia nuts

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350º. Line baking sheets with parchment paper.

Sift first three ingredients into med size bowl. Beat butter until fluffy. Add both sugars and beat until blended. Beat in eggs, one at a time, then add vanilla. Add dry ingredients and beat until well blended, wiping down side of the bowl.

Stir in cranberries, white chocolate chips and nuts.
Drop by level tablespoon, spacing the cookies 1 1/2 inch apart. Bake until golden, about 15 minutes. Cool on sheets.
