Pork shoulder (Boston butt)
1/4 c. water
Salt
Pepper
BBQ sauce (your favorite)

Directions:
Directions:
1. Place meat in slow cooker with water. Salt and pepper lightly.
2. Cover and cook on high for one hour. Turn to low and cook 7-9 hours longer, until very tender.
3. Remove roast. Discard fat and juices.
4. Chop or shred pork. Return to slow cooker. Mix a little BBQ sauce into meat for flavor.
5. Cook about one hour longer.
