Rub:
5 tbsp brown sugar
1 1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tbsp chili powder
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
1 tsp red pepper flakes

1-2 racks of pork ribs
BBQ sauce of choice

Directions:
Directions:
Mix rub ingredients together.
Rub into meat. Refrigerate 5-24 hours.
Wrap in foil and place in a roasting pan. Bake at 350º for 1 hour.
Brush a light coat of BBQ sauce on the meat. Cook another 40 minutes or until the meat is done (160º).
Brush with more BBQ sauce. Place on the grill on direct heat to carmelize the sauce (about 10-15 minutes).
