Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 lb Hamburger
Garlic Powder (about 2 T)
Rosemary (about 1 T)
Mayo (2-3 T)
Dijon Mustard (1 T)
1 White Onion
Olive Oil
4 Rolls or French Bread Slices
4 Slices Swiss Cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Dice the onion & caramelize it in a frying pan with a little olive oil.
Meanwhile, mix your spices in a bowl & mix the hamburger into the spices. (Measurements are VERY approximate, just add to your taste, and add any additional spices you might like). Create 4 patties & get your burgers cooking. When they are cooked through, leave in pan & add one slice of swiss cheese on top of each burger, let melt.
Mix mayo & dijon mustard together & spread a bit on each roll or bread slice. Next add onion on each slice, then one hamburger patty. Top with a few pieces of onion for presentation, if you like.
Eat them up!
