5 cups peeled and sliced apples
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon grated lemon rind
1 teaspoon grated orange rind
1/4 cup Amaretto
3/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup brown sugar
3/4 cup sifted flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup butter or margarine

Directions:
Directions:
Arrange apple slices in a greased 2 quart round casserole. Sprinkle cinnamon, lemon and orange rinds and Amaretto on top of apples. In a separate bowl, mix sugars, flour, salt and butter with a pastry blender until crumbly. Spread mixture over top of apples. Bake uncovered at 350º until apples are tender and top is lightly browned, approximately 1 hour. Serve warm with cream, whipped cream, or with vanilla or cinnamon ice cream.
