3/4 cup butter
1 cup brown sugar (packed)
1 3/4 cup flour
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon soda
1 1/2 cups rolled oats
1 jar raspberry preserves
Chopped pecans

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and sugar. Add flour, soda and salt, sifted together. Mix well. Stir in rolled oats and chopped pecans. Press half of this crumb mixture on bottom of greased 13x9-inch pan. Spread with preserves. Cover with remaining crumb mixture. Bake 400º for 25 minutes. Cut into bars.

Homemade fresh freezer jam makes these fabulous. For Gluten Free, use rice flour and non-gluten oats.
