3 c. flour
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
3 eggs
1-8 oz. can crushed pineapple with juice
2-3 medium, ripe bananas
1 1/2 c. oil
1 c. chopped pecans or walnuts

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Combine flour, baking soda, salt and cinnamon. Add remaining ingredients, stir well until mixed. Do not over beat. Do not use electric mixer. Pour into greased and floured tube pan. Bake 1 hour 20 minutes. May frost with cream cheese frosting or simply dust with powdered sugar.
