1 c butter or margarine
1 (3 oz) pkg of cream cheese
1 c sugar
1 egg yolk
2 1/2 c all purpose flour
1 t vanilla
Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and cheese. Add sugar, beat until mixed. Beat in egg yolk. Add flour and vanilla. Mix and chill at least 1 hour. Roll into 1 inch balls and place on greased cookie sheet. Gently press pecan half or cherry onto cookie. Bake at 325º for 12-15 minutes.
