36 oz Tilapia fillets
flour
juice of lime
3/4 cup liquid eggs
1 cup bread crumbs
1/2 coconut
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp basil
1/4 tsp garlic salt
/2 tsp pepper
cooking spray

Directions:
Directions:
Place flour in flat bowl (for coating fish)
stir lime juice and liquid egg in bowl set aside
mix bread crumbs and coconut and spices
cover each fillet with flour then dip in egg and coat both sides with the breadcrumbs coconut mixture
Place on cooking sheet sprayed with cooking spray and bake at 375 for 15 min until it flakes!
