3 c. oatmeal, uncooked
1 c. water
1 1/2 c. whole-wheat flour
1 tbsp. chopped parsley
2 egg yolks
2 tbsp. honey
1 c. raisins
1 tsp. baking soda
2 cloves garlic, chopped
Directions:
Directions:
Mix oatmeal, water, flour, parsley, egg yolks, honey, raisins, soda and garlic. Spoon onto a greased cookie sheet. Bake 12 to 15 minutes at 350º. Place on cooling rack. Store in refrigerator for up to two months.
