garlic salt
seasoned salt
liquid smoke
Worcestershire sauce
hickory flavored BBQ sauce
brisket, trimmed of excess fat

Directions:
Directions:
Season brisket, all sides, with garlic salt & seasoned salt. Pour liquid smoke all over brisket. Wrap in foil or large ziplock bag. Refrigerate overnight. Next day, pour Worcestershire sauce all over brisket, about 2-3 tbsp. Pour over entire bottle of BBQ sauce. Wrap in foil. Bake at 200º for about 8 hours.
