1/4 C. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 C. low-sodium soy sauce
4 to 5 lb. beef tenderloin roast
1 Tbsp. garlic salt
1/4 tsp. rosemary, crumbled
1/4 tsp. dried thyme
1/2 tsp. ground pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Place roast in a large glass dish. In a small bowl, combine Worcestershire sauce and soy sauce; pour over roast. In another bowl, combine garlic salt, rosemary, thyme and pepper. Rub meat on all sides with rub mixture. Wrap meat in plastic wrap and place in the refrigerator. Let roast marinate for a minimum of 4 hours and up to 12 hours. Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Place meat on rack in a shallow roasting pan and roast uncovered for about 45-50 minutes for medium-rare to medium. Meat thermometer should read 140 degrees for medium-rare and 155 degrees for medium. Remove from oven and let rest 15-20 minutes. Slice and serve immediately. Serves 6-8.
