Salmon Stew Recipe

1 large can salmon (cleaned and deboned)
3-4 medium white potatoes
1 medium onion
1 can whole kernel corn
3 c milk
water (enough to cover to potatoes)
S & P to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Dice potatoes and onion. Cover with water. Add salt and pepper to taste. Boil gently until potatoes are medium tender (not too done). When potatoes and onions are semi-tender, add salmon, corn and milk. Bring back to a low boil. Thicken with a small amount of flour or cornstarch mixed with 1/4 cup of water. Stir gently. Turn down to medium low. Cover pot and let cook about 20 or 30 minutes. Potatoes and onions should be tender. Serve with oyster crackers or saltine crackers.
