Pork Chops:

4 center cut boneless pork chops
1 c flour
1 c milk
1 c Italian bread crumbs
vegetable oil (enough to cover bottom of frying pan)

Gravy:

4 pieces bacon
1 package of fresh mushrooms (wiped and sliced)
1 medium onion (chopped)
1 clove garlic (chopped)
2 packages of pork gravy mix

Directions:
Directions:
Place one chop at a time between two pieces plastic wrap. Pound chop flat to about 1/8 of an inch thick. Repeat with all chops. Dredge each chop in flour. Dip in milk. Dredge in bread crumbs. Heat oil to medium/high heat. Dip into milk again and then into bread crumbs again. Fry until golden brown on both sides. Remove and drain.

Chop bacon into small pieces. Fry until almost crispy. Add onions and garlic and saute until tender. Add gravy mix and water as directed on package. When gravy thickens, add mushrooms and cook for about 10 minutes.

Layer schnitzel onto serving platter and cover with gravy. Garnish with lemon slices and fresh parsley.
