Dough:

1/4 cup butter
1 3/4 cups sugar
3 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
4 cups flour
1 tbsp. baking soda
2 tbsp. baking powder
2 tsp. salt
1 lb. ricotta cheese

Glaze:

2 cups powdered sugar
2 tbsp. milk

Directions:
Directions:
Mix butter, sugar, eggs, and vanilla in one bowl. Mix flour with baking soda, baking powder, and salt in another bowl. Add alternately to ricotta cheese. Drop by teaspoon on greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350º for 12 to 15 minutes. Glaze tops after cookies have cooled.
