6 cups flour
1 ¼ cup sugar
6 tsp baking powder
4 tbsp cocoa
1 ½ tsp cinnamon
1 ½ tsp nutmeg
¾ cup shortening
3 eggs
2 tsp vanilla
1 tsp soda
½ tsp salt
1 ¼ cup nuts chopped fine (peanuts)

Directions:
Directions:
Put flour and all dry ingredients in very large bowl.

Cut in shortening.

Add eggs and mincemeat and nuts and mix well.

Start with 1 ½ cups mincemeat.

Bake 350 degrees – 10-12 min
