2 cups flour
2 tablespoons sugar
1 cup butter
3 cups rhubarb
1/2 cup cream
2 tablespoons flour
1 1/2 cup sugar
3 egg yolks, beaten

Directions:
Directions:
Mix first 3 ingredients, and pat out in a 9 x 13 pan. Bake 12-15 minutes at 350º, until brown. Mix other ingredients and pour on baked crust. Bake at 350º for about 45 minutes. Beat 3 egg whites and 6 tablespoons sugar until stiff. Spread on top of baked mixture and bake at 400º for about 5 minutes, or until browned.
