2- cups whole wheat flour
2 -cups white flour
1 tbl. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp nutmeg
1-cup brown sugar
1-cup white sugar
1/2 cup butter
1 tbl grated orange rind
1 1/2 cups orange juice
2 cups fresh cranberries
1 cup chopped nuts
2/3 cup raisins
2 eggs

Sift together dry ingredients. Cut in butter until mixture
resembles coarse meal. Combine orange juice & eggs.
Add to dry ingredients. Fold in berries, nuts, raisins.
Turn into two greased and floured 9 X 5 loaf pans.
Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until toothpick comes
out clean.
