1 large chicken, boiled with onion, garlic, salt and pepper (can use a store bought rotisserie chicken)
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 (8 oz.) carton of sour cream
1 sleeve Ritz crackers
1 stick melted butter

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Bone chicken and mix with soup and sour cream. Put in a 8 x 10 casserole dish. Place Ritz crackers in a ziploc bag, crush, and add butter. Top the casserole with the cracker crumbs, and bake for 30-40 minutes.
