5 slices of bacon
lemon pepper
2 ounce can of mushrooms
2 tablespoons finely chopped onion
1 pound ground beef
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
3 tablespoons chopped green olives

Directions:
Directions:
Fry bacon until about half cooked (still pliable.) Drain on paper towels. Pat ground beef into oblong, sprinkle with salt and lemon pepper. Top with cheese, mushrooms, olives, and onion. Roll up in jelly roll shape and cut into five slices. Wrap each with a slice of bacon. Grill 8 minutes on each side or under broiler until desired doneness.
