2 tsp dried mustard
1 tsp salt
½ tsp ground red pepper
4-5 lbs boneless pork butt roast (or tenderloin), cut in half
2 Tbsp butter
1 large onion, chopped
18 oz bottle BBQ sauce (I used Kraft Brown Sugar)
12 oz bottle Lawry's Baja Chipotle Marinade

Directions:
Directions:
*Rub mustard, salt and red pepper over pork.

*Melt butter in large skillet over medium-high heat. Add pork and cook 10 minutes or until browned on all sides.

*Place pork and onions in slow cooker. Add BBQ and marinade.

*Cover and cook on high 7 hours or until pork is tender and shreds easily.

*Remove pork to plate, shred, then add back to sauce.
