2 (15 oz) can tomato sauce
2 (15 oz) can diced tomatoes
4 large white potatoes (cubed)
1 c carrots
2 stalks celery (chopped)
1 med size onion (chopped)
1 can green beans
1 can black eyed peas
1 (12 oz) bag frozen corn
1 (12 oz) bag frozen cut okra
1 (12 oz) bag small green lima beans
1 lb hamburger or lean beef stew
2 cans beef broth
S & P to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Cube potatoes, slice carrots in rounds, chop celery and onions. Add to pot and cover with salted water. Add beef broth. Add canned vegetables. Add frozen vegetables. Add water or stock if needed. Add salt if needed and pepper to taste. Brown hamburger or beef cubes and add to soup. Simmer for about 2 hours until potatoes and carrots are tender.
