Base:

1/2 C butter
1 C flour
1/4 C sugar

Filling:

1 C graham cracker crumbs
1/2 C chocolate chips
1/2 C chopped walnuts
1 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk
Frosting:

1 1/2 C powdered sugar
1/2 C butter
1 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
For base: Cut butter into flour and sugar until crumbly. Press into greased 9x13 pan. Bake for 10 minutes at 350º. Let cool about 10 minutes.

For filling: Combine mixing well. Spread carefully over crust. Bake for about 15 minutes at 350º until golden brown. Don't overbake! Cool completely.

For frosting: Beat together until light and fluffy. Spread over cooled bars.

I got this recipe from a friend and she said that they are called Jeans bars because you won't be able to fit into your jeans after eating them!
