1 pkg frozen chopped spinach
1 cup sour cream
1 cup mayonnaise
1 pkg Knorrs Vegetable Soup Mix
1 can water chestnuts
1 bunch green onions
1-2 loafs sour dough bread

Directions:
Directions:
Thaw and drain the spinach, mix in mayo, sour cream and soup mix. Stir in finely chop water chestnuts and green onions. Cut the top off sourdough loaf and hollow out center (to make a bread bowl) then fill with dip. Cut up the top and insides of loaf as well as another loaf of bread for dipping. Serve on a large platter.

This is great if you make it and store in a sealed container a day ahead, so all the flavors have time to mingle. If it's a small gathering I keep the dip out of the bread bowl so I can store after. I also mix and match any type of bakery breads.
