1 pkg cream cheese
1 cup mayonnaise
1 small jar seafood sauce
1 small package fake crab meat
20 - 30 pre-cooked shrimp
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 green pepper
1 yellow, orange OR red pepper
1 bunch green onions
2-3 roma tomatoes (seeded)

Directions:
Directions:
1)Use a hand mixer to blend cream cheese and mayo together until smooth, then spread thinly on a serving platter.
2) Spread seafood sauce on cheese mixture.
3) Finely chop seafood and scatter on next.
4) Spread grated cheese on seafood.
5) Finely dice vegetables and spread on top of cheese.
Serve with chips or crackers of your choice, we like "scoops". This can be made ahead of time and refrigerated, but leave tomatoes off until just before serving.

This is a hit at any diner party or pot luck. Batch can be cut in half as it makes a large amount and requires a large platter. The key is to chop everything very small as you want a little bit of everything on that cracker. YUMMMM!
