1 ½ c. unsalted butter
1 ½ c. white sugar
¾ c. packed brown sugar
4 eggs
3 c. all-purpose flour
¾ c. rolled oats
2 ½ tsp vanilla
1 tsp lemon juice
¾ tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
¼ tsp ground cinnamon
3 c semisweet choc. chips
1 ½ c chopped walnuts

Directions:

1.Cream butter in large bowl. Add both sugars and beat on medium for 2 min. Add eggs on at a time, beating well after each addition. Add lemon juice and vanilla; mix well.
2.In a separate bowl, stir together dry ingredients. Add to creamed mixture and stir well to blend. Add chips and nuts; stir to combine.
3.Drop by ¼ c or 2 ounces scoop on parchment-lined baking pans, 2 to 3 in. apart. Bake at 350 degrees for 13 to 15 min. or until lightly browned around the edges. Cool; remove from paper and cool completely on wire racks
