3 medium sized potatoes serve with apple sauce or sour cream
2 T. wheat germ
1 egg, beaten
1 small onion, grated
Salt and pepper to taste
Paprika for garnish
Directions:
Directions:
Grate the raw potatoes with the skins into a mixing bowl. Add the wheat germ, egg, grated onion, s & p. Drop by tablespoonfuls onto a hot griddle; flatten with a fork. Cook until golden brown. Sprinkle with paprika.
