Ingredients:  
•1 pound peeled carrots
•4oz butter (one stick)
•3 eggs
•3 tablespoons flour
•1 tsp baking powder
•1 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Cook carrots in salted water until tender, then drain. Melt butter. In a blender, place all ingredients except carrots and blend. Add carrots to blender and blend until mixture resembles a milkshake. Pour into an 8x8 glass casserole dish. Bake at 275oF for 45 minutes and serve.
