6-8 Medium to large potatoes
1 1/2 tsp salt
1/2 cup milk
2 Tbsp margarine
1 cup sour cream
1 8oz pkg Cream Cheese
1 Pkg grated Cheddar Cheese
1/4 cup minced or flaked onion

Directions:
Directions:
Melt sour cream and cream cheese over low heat
Cook potatoes and mash using salt, margarine and milk
Blend in onions and 1 cup grated cheese
Place in baking dish and dot with butter, sprinle with Lawyers Seasoning salt
Bake 400 for approx 1/2 hour
Sprinkle with remaining grated cheese (1 cup) and continue to bake until potatoes are slightly browned
