8 squares (1 oz each) semisweet chocolate, coarsely chopped
1 cup butter, cubed
5 eggs
4 egg yolks
2 cups confectioners sugar
3/4 cup all-purpose flour

Directions:
Directions:
Place chocolate and butter in microwave-safe bowl. Microwave, uncovered, at 50% power for 1 minute and stir. Microwave at 50% power 1 minute longer and stir until smooth. Add eggs, yolks, and sugar. Mix well. Add flour and stir until blended. Pour into 8 greased 6 oz custard cups. Place custard cups on a baking sheet. Bake at 425 degrees for 15-16 minutes or until thermometer near center reads 160 degrees. Remove from oven and let stand 1 minute. Run a knife around edge of cups and invert onto plates. Serve immediately.
