1 can black beans (rinsed and drained)
1 can corn and peppers (rinsed and drained)
1/2 cup chopped red onion
1 cup quartered grape tomatoes
1/2 c. to 1 cup. Ranch dressing (I like to use fat free - but you can decide)
2 T. chopped fresh cilantro

Serve with chips.

This is a guilt free appetizer - it tastes good and is low fat. Enjoy!
