1 1/2 pounds medium-size fresh mushrooms
3/4 cup mayonnaise
10 slices bacon, cooked crisp and crumbled
salt
1 medium onion, chopped fine
1 1/2 cups grated sharp cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Wash mushrooms and remove stems. Mix mayonnaise, crumbled bacon, and onion and add salt to taste. Generously stuff mushrooms with bacon mixture and place them in one layer in a greased baking dish. Sprinkle cheese over all and cover with foil.
Bake at 325 for 15-20 minutes before serving. Serve hot.
