Pound Cake:
1 yellow cake mix
1 c. pecans, chopped
2 oz. whiskey

Glaze:
1 stick butter
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. whiskey

Directions:
Directions:
Using pound cake recipe on side of cake mix box, make batter for pound cake. Add pecans & whiskey to batter. Bake according to directions on cake mix box.

Glaze: Mix butter, sugar & whiskey together & heat on medium heat until sugar is dissolved.

Immediately after removing cake from oven, poke holes in it with a fork & pour half of glaze over cake. Cool cake & pour over rest of glaze.
