2 large grilled chicken breasts cut up
2/3 c. sugar
1/4 c. soy sauce
1 T lemon juice
1 T vegetable oil
1/2 tsp. minced fresh garlic
1/2 tsp. ginger
1/4 c. water
4 T cornstarch

Directions:
Directions:
Combine sugar, soy sauce, lemon juice, vegetable oil, garlic, and ginger in a saucepan. Heat until sugar dissolves, stirring often, and bring to a boil. Combine the cornstarch and water well then add it to the sugar sauce, reduce heat and simmer until sauce thickens. Stir in cut up chicken then serve with rice or Asian style noodles.
