Ingredients:
4 chicken breasts
2-3 stalks of celery, finely chopped
1 c. pecans, chopped
Miracle Whip

Directions:
Directions:
Boil chicken breasts in lightly salted water until tender. Cool, then chop chicken into bite-size pieces. Place in a large mixing bowl. Add celery, pecans & toss together. Add Miracle Whip, 2-3 heaping tbsp., or more as needed to pull this all together. Place chicken salad in refrigerator for several hours to chill & let flavors blend together. Check it before serving - chicken has a tendency to "soak up" the Miracle Whip & you may need to add more to make it spreadable. Great for sandwiches. Can also be served on a lettuce leaf, or on a lettuce leaf with a pineapple ring.
