1 3/4 cup water
1 cup uncooked long grain rice
1/4 cup oleo (can try olive oil)
2 1/2 tbsp chicken soup mix
2 tbsp onion flakes
1/4 tsp lemon pepper
1/8 tsp thyme
1 lb asparagus
2 tsp lemon juice
1/4 tsp lemon zest

Directions:
Directions:
Boil water, rice, oleo, and spices for 25-30 minutes. Cook asparagus until tender crisp, drain.

Combine all ingredients.
