1 box chopped frozen spinach thawed and drained
3 eggs, beaten
1 c. cottage cheese
3/4 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated

1 stk butter, melted and stirred with 2 T. flour

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs and then add to spinach. Salt & pepper. Add cheeses and butter. Bake at 345 45 minutes.
