1/4 c. sugar
3 T. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. salt
6 large eggs
2 c. whipping cream
1/2 c. butter, melted
6 c. canned shoe peg corn

Directions:
Directions:
Combine first 4 ingredients. Beat eggs with a fork in a large bowl. Stir in cream and butter. Gradually add sugar mixture. Stir until smooth. Stir in corn. Pour into a lightly greased 13 x 9 x 2 in. baking dish. Bake at 350 - 45 min.
