1 (10 oz.) can of refrigerated pizza crust dough
1 tsp. olive oil
1 garlic clove
5 plum tomatoes
1 c. (4 oz.) fresh mozzarella cheese, shredded
1 tsp. balsamic vinegar
1/2 c. fresh basil thinly sliced
1/8 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. ground black pepper

Preheat oven to 400. Unroll crust dough onto a baking sheet coated with cooking spray, pat into a 13x11 in. rectangle baking dish. Bake 8 minutes. Remove crust from oven & brush with 1/2 tsp. oil. Rub crust with cut sides of garlic. Arrange tomato slices on crust, leaving a 1/2 in. border, sprinkle evenly with cheese. Bake 12 minutes or until cheese melts & crust is golden. Combine 1/2 tsp. oil & vinegar, stirring with a whisk. Sprinkle pizza evenly with sliced basil, salt, & pepper. Drizzle the vinegar mixture evenly over pizza.
