Chicken:
4-6 chicken breasts, cubed
1/2 c. cornstarch
2 eggs
1/2 cup flour
dash of garlic salt

Sauce:
1/2 c. chicken broth
2/3 c. vinegar
1/2 c. ketchup
2 T. soy sauce
1 c. sugar
dash of pepper

Directions:

Chicken:
Mix flour, cornstarch, and garlic salt. Dip cubed chicken into eggs, then coat with flour mixture. Fry in skillet in oil. Place chicken in 9x13 pan. Top with sauce mixture. Bake at 350 for 1 hour. Baste halfway through baking.

Sauce:
Mix all ingredients. Pour over fried chicken. Or you can cook in a saucepan on the stove and use as a sauce.
