2 - 3.4 oz. boxes vanilla pudding
2 c. buttermilk (2 T. lemon juice & 2 c. milk, let stand 10 min.)
12 oz. whipped cream
20 oz. can pineapple chunks
10 can mandarin oranges
4 bananas, sliced
1/2 pkg. fudge stripe cookies, broken into pieces

Directions:
Directions:
Mix pudding and buttermilk. Fold in whipped cream. Drain fruit and stir into pudding mixture. Chill. Stir in bananas and cookies just before serving.

Parfaits: Layer salad, whipped cream, and cookies. Top with whipped cream.

Pie: Pour into graham cracker crust and chill before serving.
