2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 c. shortening
1/4 c. ice water

Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour and salt together. Cut in shortening with a pastry blender until crumbly. Stir in ice water with a fork until dough holds together. Form into two rough balls. (Note: Handling too much makes dough tough.) Roll out on lightly floured canvas. * I double the recipe and it makes 3 pie crusts. (bottom only)
