Cake:
1 c. butter
1 c. water
1/4 c. unsweetened cocoa
2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1/2 c. buttermilk (1/2 T. lemon juice & 1/2 c. milk, let stand 10 min.)
2 eggs
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla

Icing:
1/2 c. margarine
1/4 c. cocoa
1/3 c. evaporated milk
4 c. powdered sugar

Cake:
In a saucepan cook the butter, water, and cocoa on low heat. Boil. Set aside to cool. In a bowl mix flour and sugar. Add buttermilk, eggs, baking soda, and vanilla. Mix. Grease a large cookie sheet and dust with powdered sugar. Pour batter on cookie sheet. Bake at 375 for 20 minutes. Ice while warm.

Icing:
Place margarine and cocoa in a saucepan. Bring to a boil. Remove from heat. Add milk, then add the powdered sugar. Frost cake while hot.
