Bottom and Top layers: (you will do this part twice so you will actually need double the amount).
1 cup milk chocolate chips
1/4 cup butterscotch chips
1/4 cup creamy peanut butter

Caramel layer:
1 (14 oz.) pkg. caramels
1/4 cup heavy cream

Filling:
1/4 cup butter
1 cup granulated sugar
11/2cups marshmallow creme
1/4 cup evaporated milk
11/2 cup chopped peanuts
1/4 cup creamy peanut butter
1 tsp. vanilla extract

Directions:

1- Bottom Layer:
grease a 9x13 baking dish (or use wax paper). combine chocolate chips, butterscotch chips and peanut butter in a medium sauce pan. Put on low heat and stir continually until melted and smooth. Spread evenly across the bottom of the pan. Refrigerate until set.

2- filling:
melt butter n saucepan over medium heat. Stir in sugar and evaporated milk, bring to a rolling boil turn down the heat and continue to cook 5 minutes. Remove from heat and add marshmallow creme, peanut butter and vanilla. Fold in the peanuts. Spread the mix on top of the chocolate layer in the pan. Refrigerate until set.

3- Caramel Layer:
Combine caramels and cream in medium sauce pan and cook on low heat until all is melted and smooth. Spread over the filling layer and refrigerate until set

4- Top Layer: ( repeat the instructions for the bottom layer) allow to refrigerate for at least one hour before cutting into 1 inch squares.
