1 1/2 tbsp sugar
3 cup warm water
1 1/2 tbsp salt
5 cups high gluten flour
2 tbsp yeast

Egg mixture:
2 eggs
2 tbsp water

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients, put yeast on top. Add little bit of flour at a time until dough pulls from the sides. Knead 5-6 minutes. Roll out in loafs. Brush with beaten egg mixture. Sprinkle with sesame seeds. Raise til double in size. Preheat to 400º lower to 325º and place in oven 20-25 min.
