2 c. raw cranberries
1 orange
1 c. water
3/4 c. sugar
1 envelope of unflavored gelatin
1/4 c. cold water
1/2 c. seedless grapes, sliced
1 c. diced celery
1/4 chopped nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Cook cranberries, orange and water in covered saucepan until cranberry skins pop open. Press through fine sieve. Add sugar and heat to boiling.
Soften gelatin in cold water; add hot cranberries and stir until gelatin is dissolved. Chill until syrupy. Add remaining ingredients and turn into a ring mold. Chill in refrigerator until firm. Pop out of mold and garnish as desired.
