Pumpkin Bread Recipe

1 1/2 cups sugar
1/2 cup cooking oil
2 eggs
1 cup Festival pumpkin
1 3/4 cups flour
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon cloves
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon allspice
1/3 cup water
1/2 cup raisins
Nuts optional

Add sugar to oil and then add eggs, pumpkin, spices sifted with flour water and raisins. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. Makes one large to two small loaves. **Pumpkin Desert Roll:
May be baked right in can. Grease 4 cans and fill 1/2 to 2/3 full using pumpkin bread recipe. Bake 40 minutes at 350 degrees. Slice rolls and serve topped with ice cream or whipped cream.
